Worth bumping this thread since Bill is out.

I was mildly surprised seeing BB so far ahead in the poll to this point.

I mean, a solid majority voted for not-Bill, but it's just split up 8 ways.

Also I think a lot of people hoped for some "Bill stays coach, but not GM" which is good in theory but was never realistic IMO.

I don't like Vrabel as a coach. He's got the schmooze but he did a lousy job as a defensive coordinator in houston, but got the tennessee job anyway. Now tennessee is a total mess. Good to see BoB with zero votes --he's a "stop supporting the Patriots" option.

I like Mayo, but I can see the argument that he's an unknown and that's part of what makes him attractive.

Pederson or whatever his name is that got fired in Jax.

Eric Bienemy got Sam freaking Howell to be a functional QB. He’s the worst QB in the NFL, but somehow they managed to make it kind of work.

I voted for BB. Now that hes gone we could be wandering in the desert for years looking for his replacement

It will almost certainly be years before there is a solid coach - QB tandem in place.
