Players show union solidarity by... decertifying?

Its a move by the NFLPA to sue the owners if they try and play the games with replacement players.

Mike Vrabel - KC player Rep - was on Jim Rome and he implied that the NFLPA's impression was that the games would go on, but not with the current rosters - obviously.
 
I have no doubt that this will be worked out. Nobody wants replacement players. The owners are the biggest fans of their teams.

If they stopped paying the freaking draftees so much money, they could set up funds to pay more for the long term care of the veteran players that stick around.

The money is there and frankly I think decertifying is probably a good idea if I understand the situation correctly. The union is a joke. The union seems totally wedded to worthless agents like Tom Condon, who are vampires sucking the life out of this sport, IMO.
