I'm listening to the Pats 4th and 2 Podcast (I would post it in the dedicated episode thread but there is none) and the hosts are lamenting the fact that players will have to play on Xmas Eve. Guys, they know their work schedule 7 months in advance. If they can't plan around that, they need some professional help. There are people who work on holidays all the time and most of them don't make a fraction of what the pro football player makes. You know like cops, firefighters, people who work in hospitals, heck, even people who work at Walmart. Players making the vet minimum make more money in a year than most Americans make in two.
So don't weep for the pro football player.
