Hey, if BB wants to pay Dillon his full salary this year I doubt Dillon will be upset. I don't think he's getting $4 million anywhere else.
The notion that Dillon will be gone has nothing to do with the fact that the Patriots don't want him still - they do - just not at $4 million a season.
So if Dillon isn't interested in lowering his salary to stay here (and we know he's not) he's gone unless the Patriots want to honor his contract - and I don't think that's going to happen.
