A year or so ago, I got a fancy Nikon SLR Digital camera that does everything but the dishes. Anyway, it has an amazing multi-shot feature, where you can take like a dozen pictures without taking your finger off the shutter control. You'd be amazed how it can freeze an innocuous glance or gesture to appear to be something that it is not. That's what this picture looks like to me. They were probably doing the "kiss kiss hello hello please don't really kiss me" greeting and this was the one picture that captured everything at a suggestive angle. Add to that that they are clearly in a public place and this looks like a picture that was taken with a good camera and not someone's cell phone and I think it's a non-story.

An interesting question ... I certainly have seen journalists fired over things of this nature in the past, just not sports reporters.

And that glass is chilling right in the middle of her chest, you know, like the guy is more concerned with kissing the super model than holding his glass up. Which he obviously is.

Actually, I hope Brady does find out about this. Maybe it'll help that chip climb back on his shoulder.

On the other hand, you have to wonder why they chose this picture, and not one where they're actually kissing. Then again, maybe the photographer only had time for one picture before the couple noticed him.
