Yes, I know it's PFF and many here don't like them but it was good to see Collins get some recognition.

Being graded out as the Number One Special Teamer in all of NFL football isn't too shabby. I think this demonstrates that the potential is there for Collins to become something special over time.

Well, I suppose it beats calling 2010 Brady the #33 player in the NFL, but that's not a particularly high bar to clear.

I don't think you can draw that conclusion.
I think the only conclusion is PFF said X so therefore X is no more true or false than it would be if PFF said Y.
