I believe this is a big mistake by both parties. Atlanta is better with a solid NFL player acquisition veteran to take the long-term role of GM and hire a solid coach. Carroll is better off staying in the college game. He's not NFL head coaching or GM material. This would be way out of his zone of capability.

Why in the name of God would he leave USC to try to rebuild that disaster of a team, he'll be fired in three years, the USC gig is his for life if he wants it, he's the perfect man for that job, Mr pumped and jacked himself...........
