Hey everyone,

The main topics of this episode were the impending Sam Bradford deal and the Tom Brady holdout that we're pretty sure isn't going to happen. To sum up the whole thing in a sentence or so: bad teams are bad because they pay Sam Bradford $50M guaranteed, and good teams are good because, among other things, they maybe pay that much (but probably don't).

FYI, as Miguel suggested any discussion of the impact a rookie QB's deal might have on guys like Manning and Brady (who will actually get a boatload of signing bonus, guaranteed option bonus and implicitly guaranteed (as a result) future salary if their deals are completed after a new CBA takes effect, (and which is probably why they won't be before that) should read this analysis of what the Stafford deal actually guaranteed by AdamJT13:

Whatever supposedly guaranteed money Bradford reportedly gets will also have to be deciphered for actual guaranteed value vs. conditionally guaranteed value after the now patented Tom Condon rookie deal spin cycle runs it's course...

Same for me. not sure if one of you is too far away from the microphone or the sound levels are way off but on my iPod one of you guys is hardly audible. Otherwise good job.

Ditto here, even with the volume maxed. Makes listening very frustrating. Call in guests are uniformly audible, while you guys maddeningly fade in and out.
