thanks, bookmarked it already in may - 2016 New England Patriots eligible for the practice squad

looking forward to great practice squad competition - new PS rules, NE depth and interesting UDFAs
the fact that even regular 46 guys from last season that face uphill battles are eligible (White, Andrews/Stork) and even more experienced guys like Develin (plus of course interesting drop-offs from other teams) will make this extremely competitive spots and a lot of tactical plays by GMs

I see it as a 63 roster because most of the spots will be taken by players that contributed before or are ready to contribute. One of the good side effects of new PS rules is also that it makes it easier to sneak rookies with great potential through waivers because of greater competition from seniors across all 32 teams.
