Michael Ray Garvin was an elite kick returner in college, averaging a bit over 30 yards per return. He had the fastest tested dash in the 2009 draft group, at 4.26.
You wouldn't guess it from the photos, but he's fairly small, measuring 5-8 174 at his Pro Day.
