If you have some time it's a fun primer for tonight. It was funny picking out numbers and having to adjust from the current team.

I remember that being the most frigid night... the streets were covered in ice, my friend and I almost got into a huge accident after the game because of it... Must have been crazy to play in.

Interestingly, that 2003 Titans team also had a big RB - Eddie George - and a fairly mobile QB - McNair. They also had a very strong run-D and a suspect pass-D.

Mind. Blown! [/SARCASM]

Who is that announcer, I forgot his name, I like that guy (not Simms, the other one.)

I can't even imagine the entitled, panic stricken who are regulars on today's GDT and time-warped them back to watch this game live.

I think 1/2 the posters would be banned

I remember that game. My now sophomore in high school barfed all over my Troy Brown t-shirt.

Many would self combust from all the worrying

I just watched the game again. I was reminded of the following...

Antowain Smith should not be forgotten for his role in 2 SB runs. He wasn't Corey Dillon, but had many big plays.

Bethel Johnson ended up being such a waste of natural talent. Two great plays in this game though.

That D! I got wood, then got a little depressed.

Bennett’s drop was more catchable than Welker’s and Asante’s...

Our two best rushing performances in Super Bowls in the BB/Brady era... Smith has them both.

Thats how this team was back then. You had blowouts here and there but there was really never the consistent expectation for one.

They were all grinders and nail biters...especially the 01 and 03 seasons.

Brady, loves to throw a block

I am so looking forward to tonight's game. I'd prefer the Patriots give the Titans a solid beatdown, and run up the score, but honestly, I'll settle for a W, no matter how it comes.

I'm making a big pot of spinach & cheese ravioli for suppah, and I've got plenty of beer, whiskey, soda, and snacks for game time.

Kickoff can't come soon enough!

The shocking part of the game was Bethel Johnson actual hanging on to the TD pass.

As far as the weather....

It was cold, no other way to put it. Tailgating was rough but I never was uncomfortable in the stadium. Anyone going tonight layer up, stick those toe warmers in right before leaving your car for the stadium. The walk with the warmers in will get your toes nice and toasty.

This game and the Colts regular season game put Bethel Johnson in that JD Drew and Michael Ryder category where ya they were a bust but you don't win a title without them. Too bad the kid had a ton of talent. When people compare him and Chad Jackson it's not even close who the bigger bust was. Jackson did nothing.

I remember that game. I was confident the Pats would win going in but not supremely so like this week. They were a tough team. I remember early in the game McNair overthrow a WR who would have gone for a 70 yard TD or something.

I remember thinking there "you just lost your shot to win. That was the play you needed to make vs a D that often give up very little."

Loved that team. That defense was the best ever in the Belichick era. And had plenty of offense, Branch, Givens and Brown gave defenses fits, though that pass to Bethel was pure perfection by Brady. And Brady, was Brady, just the coolest calmest cat (saying cat for a particular poster) out there.

Fun fact, my uncle, a Jet’s fan, used to call Bethel Johnson, Bethel ****ing Johnson, because that’s what I said after we drafted him. “Bethel ****ing Johnson instead of Anquon Boldin ?” Was my exact quote to my uncle during that draft.
