Chandler was only a reliable receiver in buffalo against US. He is an average receiver. He drops the ball even when he's open. I still like him but I hold my breath every time he's targeted.

I'm sure they'll find a good way to use him or find a way to get him open but catching the ball is all 100% on chandler and if there's a quote that is perfect for chandler it is:

Hopefully they will attempt fewer deep passes to Chandler along the the right sideline. Those seem to have a "zero percent of the time" success rate.
