I think Cleveland and Tampa Bay flip for the 3rd spot. Boy, do those top 4 need lots of help. I might be the only one in America who doesn't believe in the Quinn Hype but he seems to be the consensus number one. I think he's a good prospect. But, not an Aikman,P.Manning type of top pick.
