No OAK (if true) a good thing..

If this is the competition . chances for him staying in Foxboro are not too slim ..
.. and on a reasonable deal as well..

money. I thought they didn't have much money left.

I'm guessing he wants the best of both worlds in terms of money and winning. That throws Jacksonville and Buffalo right out. He also spoke very fondly of his time with the Giants in the past. With the Brandon Marshall move and with them being a playoff team last year, and with them likely willing to spend the cash, I can see the Giants being the choice.

That giants offense could look really good with bennett in the fold. Their defense played very well last year.

Do.not.want.

The whole "Marty" branding has worn thin. He was on his best behavior for a ring. Now he's going to cash in. He's been a problem everywhere he's gone. Don't want to give him the chance here.

He'll use the pats as leverage. The giants will overpay for him.

NYG would be great for Marty to expand his business.
They are 12.7M under the cap at the moment. Not much fat to cut.
Still need to fix OL. Similar or lesser draft capital than Pats.

I wanted to write very reasonable competetion . but then I remembered its the Giants..

In any case its good to hear pats are still in it
given not too good circumstances at the position (except the deep draft class)

I'd like to see him back with a fair deal for both sides, but I agree on the whole branding/creating thing being a tad annoying and even pretentious.

Let him walk, we can replace him with younger and faster in the draft. And cheaper.

Bottom line:
If Bill wants to keep him it will be very difficult for NYG to take him away..

You can't pay him more than Gronk..so he won't be getting what he wants if he wants to stay

Nah, he should go cash in elsewhere. I appreciated him, but I don't know if I believe his production is irreplaceable, albeit I know he was hurt.

The Brandon Marshall move makes them less attractive, not moreso.

Does that account have any credibility lol?

Seems like one of those piggybacking sites that gathers info from sources and reposts them. No harm, no foul. As long as they aren't fabricating things.
