Well I just saw Jim Mora on NFLN say he said it.
Mora claims Levy said this last night.

I buy stock in this, personally. Levy is a pretty level-headed dude. Actually, Mora is too. Mora just has a tendancy to be a Colts homer sometimes. But Levy has been complimentary of them in the past, particularly when he was doing columns on NFL.com .
