Well he can't be any worse than Vernon Gholston, and he'll cost a whole lot less too.

So if he makes the 53 or the practice squad with potential to be promoted in case of injuries, I'd say that was a good pickup. Remember that TBC himself was only a lowly 7th round pick. He'd probably still be with the team if not for his cap numbers and the timing of his surgery leaving him unavailable for the first 5 weeks.
