And so it begins. Parker is out again - does this imply injury or extended veteran Labor Day holiday?
Is he hurt or are they giving older vets some rest ?

From Mike Kadlick:

Christian Gonzalez: #19 to #6
Bryce Baringer: #9 to #17
Chad Ryland: #38 to #37
Sidy Sow: #61 to #62
Joe Giles-Harris: #53 to #44
Corliss Waitman: #15 to #39
Isaiah Bolden: #7 to #29

- The Patriots rocked split jerseys today, not indicative of offense and defense. Presumably a split-squad scrimmage inside the stadium.

"no Ferentz after his PS signing"

Hmmm

All they've brought in since cut down is the tight end, which I loved the move.

There has to be someone else out there who they would be interested in.
Yeah, I'm kind of surprised there hasn't been more tinkering.

I know I'm old school, but I just hate the new # system.
Why on earth does a kicker need to be #37 ?
And, seriously, I wonder why they changed Sow from 61 to 62 ?
I only went as high as high school sports, but numbers were extremely important. I wanted to be number thirteen every time but always had to settle for 12. Had i known that a child would soon be born to eventually make that number legendary…

Changing from 61 to 62 may not seem like much, but it’s likely very important to him.

I was being sarcastic, I thought that was obvious

Ross, I'd urge people to listen to Andrew Brandt former Packers GM on the salary cap. He and groh pretty much said the same things.. you can do whatever you want with the Cap. If we had top end talent I doubt there would be 1 word uttered about the cap and the spending.
Look at our division, allen, Diggs, Rodgers, Waddle, hill, Ramsey.. those teams aren't getting asked questions on spending and cap ect, ect. Because they have top end talent!
