That doesn't look like a happy conversation.
Those convos have been unhappy for months. This time we got to see it. Yep.

Okay so a player in a contract dispute having an unhappy conversation in plain sight for all to see is nothing of note? The best player on a young team with a rookie head coach being disgruntled in from of the team isn't good.

This off-season has been a blueprint for NFL teams of what not to do. We would ***** and moan about how Bill managed the roster, but this is straight up bad. All these dudes are getting paid except for their most productive player and they are all walking off the field with an injury or illness.

Ok, so I'd probably be one of the first here to defend a newer approach to coaching that isn't completely automaton-like, or super in-your-face insulting, lead by fear, etc.

But this.... just ain't it? The point is to become in tune with players, who they are as people, and train them with a gratifying and developmental experience over which they have ownership. It satiates an inherent need in a lot of this generation, and is a healthy way to prime someone to learn the most they can, to buckle the **** in, and to feel a part of the team.

This is silly gifts. This legitimately reminds me of the stupid **** you'd "win" as an employee at a clothing store (many at which I've worked). I dunno. It feels fake and isn't really a different approach to team building and player development. It feels more like pandering.

I hope hope hope I'm wrong.

Everyone and their mother knows negotiations have not gone well. What I saw was Mayo showing his authority by telling Judon to get off the field…Judon went quietly. Mayo is in charge out there and he demonstrated that to everyone. Yeah I dont have a problem with it.

Judon showed up to the first pads-on practice with no pads on. But yeah Mayo showed him who’s boss.

We all know Mayo can’t sign him anyway, so let’s not pretend Mayo has authority here. He’s caught in the middle.

Yeah…it was obvious he told Judon to leave. And he did with his tail between his legs. FAFO.

And then came back, to have a conversation with the guys who really matter. But yeah, the path to a winning team is FAFO. lol.

We are going to definitely Need Judon now the Defense was average without him and Gonzo. Also with Barmore gone for a while yeah Judon have the negotiating advantage. We already know what Judon can do I would prefer He not play in those Preseason games. Play who needs to prove themselves.

Pats are solving their WR Drought: Pop Douglas last year now Baker and Polk. I have never been this excited since Deon Branch been a very long time. Good young WR's can make average QB's like Biscuit look serviceable. That said still hoping Maye wins the job he could do so much more for them.

Mayo seemingly handled it the best way he could but having this potentially turn ugly a week into Mayo's first training camp isn't ideal. The front office needs to either move Judon or pay him ASAP. They can't keep letting this linger.
