True, you can't trust the Associated Press.

Please state any situation where we would be advantaged by the #3 seed. That is, please show that JAX has a better chance of getting to the AFC championship game than PITT does.

As far as a championship homegame, that can only happen against JAX or PITT, whichever we don't play in the first game. There is no re-seeding, The seeds are what they are; we are now #4.

I disagree. One should always want as high a seed as you can attain because you never know when it might led to another home game, particularly in the AFC title game.

When you are blesed with a playoff game at home, as are the Pats, it shold matter not who you play, you are at home in a friendly environment, in your weather preferences, and in front of your home crowd...no matter who you play, if you are at home...THERE IS NOT A SINGLE EXCUSE FOR LOSING....Period.

I would have preferred the number 3 seed, but we are in the playoffs and that, to me, is the main priority, and we attained it...now just go out and win.

One thing I don't get, is how I keep reading that we don't want the Steelers because they've been hotter lately. Jacksonville has won something like 8 of 9. Why isn't that hot?

* I don't know why anyone fears the Steelers either. Except for an upset loss at the Rams, the Jags only lost to teams spelt Colts and Bronco's. Even the Pats in 2003 and 2004 lost a game to bad teams during those years. No, they didn't have a tough schedule otherwise, but if your afraid of playing the Steelers, you may as well pack it in now.

Leftwich is a slowfoot. He will be on the ground more than a few times.

I agree with you but the only place that is not so true is the sports pages... most of the time... Will they have that clod-ette running her mouth at the Masters again??

This situation is just like the Denver game 2 seasons ago.

We gave up a safety (2 points) to win the game (7 points).
