I think he is coming into his own, and under difficult conditions beyond his control. And he is clearly all in and a genuine selfless leader, which Bill believes adds value. And we aren't paying him for what he's done, we're paying him for what we expect him to do going forward. That's the way it works in this league unless you're foolish...
