Game Day Thread Patriots @ Broncos - Game Thread

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Moss > Chandler

I feel for Chandler, those passes were not team catch friendly. His knees nearly got taken out. At first I thought it was Gronk.

Chandler looked a little rattled after that first hit to the legs

I really do not like the wr screen they do so often on 3rd and long on the opponents side of the 50. Throw it down field and hope for a completion or PI..

Strange decision on 3rd down, but Chandler put us in that position. Man, he's given us nothing so far this season...

That swing pass was predictable. Guys like martin and Harper have to get open

I was absolutely wrong about Chandler. His hands are so unreliable that he might as well not get open at all.

There was a time when people here figured that Ninkovich was among the worst starters in the NFL. I know cause I was one of them and was nowhere near alone in the opinion.

Hey, if you're going to be wrong, might as well be REALLY wrong in betting against a Patriot.
And I never understood it. I always knew he would be great in this system. He's cerebral. He is about as close to M. Vrabel as one gets.

At least Denver starting at the 12

What does Chandler even get paid to do?

More and more I think he's a "small market guy". No real pressure, he can just play. The "job" centric approach of the Pats with their winning legacy puts a lot of pressure on some players that they simply can't live up to.

But I thought Chandler was giving us what he was supposed to?

Scott Chandler is channeling Aaron Dobson

I understand wanting to get Chandler involved, but that was two wasted plays to start that drive. Why no run attempts?
Clearly they see some matchups they wanted to exploit.Iam guessing broncos adjusted on the 2nd drive and brady went to the best option he saw. Chandler didnt make those plays. Most of pats offense is dictated by coverages.

Meh. Not terribly impressed with Chandler's hands.

In 1 play they tripled their yardage
