two big plays by javon walker probably skew those numbers as well as two big plays by the jets(coles and cotchery). besides the pats were up big time against the jets and the jets can't run the ball, hence they throw.

agreed. #s are worse because of fewm issed tackles that led to big plays

Yeah but stats can be deceiving. They are 2nd in net punt average (41.4) and there have been 6 returns for 9 yds (1.5 per return). I think it has been one of the most overlooked and under appreciated parts of the game. Remember Ken Walter????

im very happy at 3..most we'll get up to is 2 because no way we do more than vick-dunn-norwood. Vick gets his yards easily running because they cant stop his running and passing at same time..very difficult. as long as we hold off denver..im happy.
