The Pats have a rare opening of time to add one or two more quality defensive backs for relatively modest prices (and no draft picks). Their positional Achilles Heel since 2005, the defensive backfield: reason #1 a fourth Super Bowl denied. Spend $$ on 2 more (in addition to Wilson) quality, experienced free agents at that position, and maybe in the playoffs we could find a situation where Brady does not have to be a super-hero to win (see 2001-2004).
