The draft will add a couple of players. 100 mill in free agency will add 40% of a roster.

40% times 50 players is 20 players at $5 AAV each is $100M.

Add a competant QB and this is a winning team. Add what else you can from the draft and 100 mill of FA dollars, and it’s a playoff team.

Adding a competent QB will take some resources.
Re-signing our free agents is presumed if you are just adding a QB, especially the two OT's.
