I recently went back to my 2013 draft prospectus by USA Today, to check on then draft prospects Garrapolo and Easley.
I happened to notice they devoted a page to "Looking Ahead" to the 2014 Draft, where they did a two round Mock Draft.
They had Tre Jackson as a First Round pick @ 22.
They also had Jordon Richards as a Second Round pick very high @ 34.
They also had Trey Flowers as a Second Round pick @ 49th overall.
Only after the running around Combine numbers dazzled everyone, and discounted football playing ability, did Jordan fall, apparently.
Belechick was NOT the only one to rate Jackson, Richards, and Flowers highly. From our post 2014 Draft and Training Camp viewpoint, BB did very well getting a First and Two Seconds for a measly Second, and two Fourths.
