Cat like quickness is not only elite athleticism but also a state of mind. For example Tom Brady is not a fast runner but possesses a Cat like quick mind for reading defenses and releasing the ball. Siemian had the worst college career of any starting quarterback ever. John Elway was a great quarterback who has no idea what an even decent quarterback looks like unless it's a first ballot no doubt Hall of Famer.
