OT - Steelers got screwed by the Refs vs Team from DC.

The Steeler team and coaches were the loudest complainers when the league was trying to eliminate the head hunting. Then Ryan Shazier lost his career and was temporarily paralyzed when he lead with his head on a tackle.

The Steelers hushed up Antonio Brown's antics for years to keep him on the field and the NYFL said nothing.

The Steelers helped Roethlisberger avoid charges on what appeared to be a rape and the NYFL did nothing.

And their HC tried to trip an opposing player running down the sideline and thought it was funny. If the NYFL did anything about that it wasn't much.

Let the fans cry all they want.

The Steelers didn't hush up Antonio Browns antics while in Pittsburgh; the national media didn't care. They only cared when Brown signed w the Pats. Once Brown signed w the Pats every scumbag w a byline did a deep dive into all things Antonio Brown. The stuff was out there, all of it.

Dude there were horror stories the whole time he was with the Raiders from the great helmet saga to calling a coach a cracker. Then even before that was his tossing crap fron a balcony. All the bs with Rooney going to visit him etc.

It was out there. The rape allegation wasn’t but he was already facing litigation so it was only a matter of time

If Alex Smith knew that was how the officials would react, that was a pretty savvy move.

This doesn't have quite the same significance as a game winning TD catch being overturned in the last 30 seconds of the 4th quarter, but I hope the result is the same with these Steelers as it was with the 2017 team: They're mad that they lost a game due to poor officiating and presume that they'll just waltz into the Super Bowl. Then they overlook their first playoff opponent and get some home early.

Karmic revenge for their defensive delay of game (which wasn't called) against Baltimore.

this is the thing with Steelers fans as ive been around them all my life, they completely ignore the calls that go their way and when they dont they cry victim. It goes both ways. Its the same reason everybody thinks the patriots get ‘all rhe calls’. Selective memory at its finest. Sometimes they go your way, sometimes they dont.

Hey NFL, here's a suggestion so that the search for a K-ball doesn't cause needless delay:

GET RID OF THE ****ING K-BALLS!!!

Does MLB or the NHL or NBA use different pucks/balls for different occasions? Of course they don't...Why? Because the very idea is ****ING STUPID! "Where's my special ball?" Good grief...

The same Steelers who wouldn't get off the Ravens right before the half to prevent them from kicking a FG
