OT: Romeo close to joining Chiefs

I'm a Chiefs fan looking for any info you can give me on Romeo. Is he aggressive? Is he creative? Was it all BB? Anything has to be better than Clancy freaking Pendergast.

You can all spin it any way you want about getting out from under BB's shadow...to move up to head coach..again...etc....maybe BB is a demanding prick and they didn't want to come back here...or the Pats don't have a spot for them....pick one.
