Brady should have finished his career here. Period. If he was let go over money that's even worse. Kraft and Belichick made a small fortune off of Brady's play. I also can't stomach the idea that so many Pats fans turned on Brady so soon after he left. He earned more loyalty than that from everyone.

Brady is the only GOAT in any sport that took discounted contracts year after year when he could have commanded top dollar. If he was truly let go because of money (I think there was a lot more to it) then that is a true embarrassment.

The other coaches are not exactly super stars. Payton always finds a way to choke. Pete Carroll is the king of chokers. LaFleur is still learning. I like McVay a lot but Goff is going to ruin him. I would say Arians is right there with all the coaches except he has the GOAT. But maybe more importantly he seems to be listening to Brady.

I would say McVay, Payton and Carroll would all be in the top 5 coaches in the league...rank them how you like behind Bill, but they are all better than Arians who is bottom tier level.

I would not rank Arians bottom level. He has been COY of the year twice with two different teams back to back. He has also had a lot of success with teams both as an OC and HC. He won a SB with Ben. Took a rookie in Andrew Luck to 11 wins in the playoff as an interim. He also took at 37 year old Palmer to the NFCCG. Now he has the GOAT which gives him a decided edge just like it did for Bill when he went up against Cowher, Dungy, Reid, etc. It is just as likely that those other coaches in the NFC choke as it is for Arians. He also has the best team if they play consistently which has been an issue all year but they appear to be rounding into form.

Okay, this is the worst post I've read on this forum. Clearly trolling Brady supporters. Obviously a loser. Probably a Peyton Manning fan... the most pathetic and insecure group of people you'll ever encounter. They just can't accept that Brady blew past Manning like 6 years ago, even before the Atlanta comeback and 6th ring.

Having Evans, Godwin, AB, and Gronk and running your offense through Ronald Jones.

Vaughn is so much better as a dual threat and Fournette is a little better too. Jones sucks so bad...maybe an occasional first down and goal line back at best.

Watching both games against the Saints he seemed absolutely clueless. His teams are undisiplined and consistently rank worst in the league in penalties. Never won a playoff game as a head coach and consistently throws Tom(Goat) under the bus when they lose.....to me he's not a good coach and they are playing better but its against inferior teams.

Brady had 1 TD the entire postseason run when NE won first ring. Because Brady always had strong rosters.

Scoring defense is a ridiculous stat, it's greatly helped by having an elite offense that never turns the ball over. In Brady's 18 seasons in NE, only twice did the defense rank higher than the offense by DVOA and he took the 31st ranked defense by DVOA to the Super Bowl not once, but twice. Do your ****ing homework before spouting this drivel.

The Saints games were awful. I give him a bit of a pass on the first game just because there was no preseason. The second game was awful. It happens. The Packers laid an egg vs the Vikings. Seattle laid an egg vs the Giants. The Rams laid an egg vs the Jets.
The Bucs have been very good with penalties for the last 10 weeks or so. Ever since the Bears game. They have been very disciplined just not consistent enough on either side of the ball.

Arians did win a playoff game when he was with the Cards. They played the Panthers in the NFCCG that year.

I agree about the inferior teams. They need to be play better vs the good teams. But that could be said of pretty much every team. The only quality win the Packers have had was vs the Saints. The Saints best wins are the Bucs. Seattle has not really had a signature win as their toughest game was the Rams and they got beaten down only scoring 16. The Bills blew their doors off.
