So imo Pat's are going to year 2 of 3 year rebuild. Imagine in 2023, Rodgers playing for the Pats as FA. He wants to play into his 40s and he saw the TB template first hand. That would be insane.

In order for PA to work, you have to be able to run the ball effectively. KC, wisely IMO, didn’t even try. Waste of a down. Especially with the MASH unit they had up front. The draw was effective for maybe 3 plays. PA wouldn’t have fooled anyone especially with those safeties as deep as they were. All it would have done is add more sacks and hits to the tally Mahomes already took that night.
Mahomes said after the game that he needs to be more patient and take what the defense gives him instead of trying to be the hero.

If the Pats can't solve their QB problem this offseason. I would look at Aaron Rodgers after the 2021 season if I were BB.

I can see why Whitehead wanted to play through the torn labrum.

Something is very wrong here...I think the market will correct it soon.

Funny because Vegas lost their shirt by taking a ton of money before the season on Tampa Bay with like 20:1 odds...followed by two Super Bowl bets for about $5M.

The Rams are almost as likely to win as the Bucs? Really?

As for the Packers, they play the AFC North and NFC West. I’ve already posted on the Bucs extra sugary cake second-place schedule that looks like a 13-win floor.

Bucs should be like 5:1. They’re going to be so stacked next year with everyone gelling.

Greenbay will always be frauds

Meh I’d be careful about committing too much to Barrett long-term. He kind of flamed out in Denver before balling out down in Tampa and a lot of his success could be attributed to the amount of attention the tackles get.

He was still very good without Vea this year and with Vae he’s an all pro the hood thing is Vae will play his whole career in Tampa so Barrett production won’t change much. Now why pay a guy like Godwin when an offense of Evans, Miller, and Johnson is still good and add in AB at a cheaper price

If Brady returned, Gronk would have probably come back. Also, the only chance Brady returned is if the Pats pulled off the trade for Diggs, which they backed out of because the price was too high. With Brady, Gronk, and Diggs, I think we could have competed with anyone. Maybe the Pats wouldn't have been able to put pressure on Mahomes but Belichick would have schemed us to victory over the Chiefs as he almost did earlier in the year. We missed out on #7.

I was reading 'Patriots: Could a Stefon Diggs trade have kept Tom Brady in New England?' on FanSided for iOS and I thought you might be interested in reading it too.

I knew than wrong should’ve just traded for Diggs unreal

Tampa game next season will be weird.
I can't root against the Patriots.
And I can't root against the greatest Patriot of all time.
I got a problem.
And I know I got lots of company.

It would be great if it's early in the season and we can just all enjoy it without stressing out about playoff implications.

(snip even though it was good stuff) I think that it will be a 3 year rebuild. In the meantime, many will enjoy watching Tompa and the Gronkaneers compete for SBs. Then when they retire, it will be just in time for the Pat's to compete again.

TB will hold the fort and stomp on Chiefs dynasy aspiration. Then after they are done. The King (pats) will be back and knock out these usurpers for good.
Pure football porn. I love it!

Tampa will be a contender again. Patriots probably not unless something very unforeseen happens at qb plus upgrades at te and wr.
So if its late in the season,Pats are out of playoffs and TB jockeying for position- damn, lotta Pats fans will be pulling for TB. To me early in the season is harder because you dont know who to root for.
It sucks.
Theres really no wrong answer. Understandable any way any fan goes.
I dont like it and have no idea wtf I will do

That us a mind-blowing stat
