A lot of us have been saying the Packers are average this year. Other than handling the terrible Bears, the Packers have struggled this year. As have the Bucs. The have been average too. We'll see if that changes with their 3 starting WR's back and some OL getting healthy. All things they did not have in that 14-12 loss to Packers.
