Mendoza seems to have a brain. The arm talent isn't there for a high 1st, but the ever elusive "iNtAnGiBlEs" seem present. If he ends up in Jersey, he could win a SB for his 2nd or 3rd team in 6-8 years, once he receives proper coaching.
