He’s ended up being about as good as you could expect from a 2nd round QB. Probably a top 20 guy. You can win with him, although probably not because of him. Definitely a positive story, always good to see a guy get the Jete stank washed off.his jete seasons were ruined by rex ryan and Marty mornhingweg
In Seattle he was working with Pete, Dave Canales and Shane Waldron... Much better coaching out there
That's not a joke.
Resurrection from the Jete QB graveyard.
Couldn't Seahawks fans have said the same about Brissett if they lost?I’m sorry. Losing to this pos is unforgivable. But yea he’s turned it around.
Well brisket didn’t have his jaw broken because he was an assbag to teammates so…toxic environment I’m sure had something to do with his sorry ass.Couldn't Seahawks fans have said the same about Brissett if they lost?
As for the question, it's not a surprise he became better once he left a toxic organization for a winning one. It helps to have two great receivers too.
Smith is a starting QB that made multiple pro bowls. Brissett is a backup QB. They are not in the same stratosphereShould not be in the same Sentence with Brissett.
Brissett has no one to throw to outside the numbers that is worthy of 50/50 chances.Give the Pats JNS and DK and we win that game...err...let me think about that for a moment....err...maybe not.
Former 1st round pick. The Seattle organization added Smith-Njigba to pair with DK and lockett. Yes I'd say it was Pete.. wasn't he a back up to Wilson?Interesting to see him become a pretty good QB the last few years in Seattle. Was it Pete that developed him? New system? Jete doing what Jete do best?
