OT: Favre to stay retired

The guy is just a ridiculous media whore. On the day he announces his retirement he also leaks to his buddy Marrucci that he is going to keep working out to get in playing shape? What possible reason is there to do that except to keep his name in the news over the next few weeks.

If Desmond Howard did not return a kickoff TD and Reggie White did not played tag with Max Lane in SB31, Brett Favre would be kicked out of Green Bay much earlier. He survived a long time off the SB victory.

I'm excited. I'm one of the few (we are out there) Vikings fans that wanted T-Jack to start from day one. Actually, I am one of the few that never wanted him benched last year. I am excited to see what he can do. Our WR's sucked last year. You know your WR's suck when the top pass catcher is Bobby Wade. You know what? Our coaches sucked last year too... Darrell Bevelle is a joke.

How I envy the Patriots.
