PORTAGE, Wis. (AP) -- Upset that his 7-year-old son wouldn't wear a Green Bay Packers jersey during the team's playoff victory Saturday, a man restrained the boy for an hour with tape and taped the jersey onto him.

I can't believe they are persecuting this guy. Tying your son up and taping a Green-bay jersey on him is a time honered rite of passage in Wisconsin. It's basically the kids rite of passage into adulthood. I wish the goverment could show some cultural sensitivity and lay off the guy Geez.
