The Vikes are sitting pretty if they decide to re-sign Darnold and trade McCarthy. They might be able to get as much as the Pats would have if they stayed at the #1 pick.

Well, now that Darnold turned into the Jets' version of Sam Darnold last night, I think his stock dropped exponentially. The way Kevin O'Connell talked about him last night, it seems that he is ready to move back to McCarthy.

Of course that means some team will likely overpay for Darnold and I doubt he will be nearly as successful anywhere else.
