There are definitely some easy jokes to make on this one but I have to refrain since I think the kid is innocent and got screwed, first by the accuser and then by the NFL colluding to not sign him because of his “tainted image”. Good on the Chiefs for bringing him on. Hope he’s kept in shape. They already have Butker though so I’m not really sure why.

Edit: @SHOWTIME15 was nice enough to PM me to let me know that Butker is their kicker. He’s right, and couldn’t remember their punter’s name. Looks like it’s Townsend and he’s a free agent in 2024, so this move makes more sense now.

we can hate on the chiefs all we want, but this ended up being a pretty cut and dry case of the girl railroading his career, and she probably should have spent time in jail for it.
