Washington getting calls about second overall pick - ProFootballTalk

Redskins rumored to be getting calls about the second overall pick.

We don’t have enough to move up that high but if there was ever a player to move up that high for - Chase Young would be it. Would make this defense a lot closer to the force that deserves the nickname Boogeymen without benefiting from an easy schedule.

Not to compare Chase anything near Lawrence Taylor but...

Hasn’t it always been interesting that BB has almost never shelled out big bucks for edge rushers or sought after big time sack performers? Yet he literally coached possibly the best pass rusher of all time?

Ok added the OT to the title. I think he’s a can’t miss stud and wish the Pats had a shot at him. Wouldn’t rule out Miami.

Mario Williams and Jadeveon Clowney were supposed to be that good too. They did pan out, but not to the extent that everyone assumed they would. I see no reason Chase would be any more of a sure thing.
