OT: CFL apparently in big financial trouble

The CFL, I would say, has very deep “tradition pockets”... would not be surprised to see the govt prop them up. Again, not a CFL fan, but it’s seems like Westerners love it.

The CFL is a great product. I spent a lot of time working in Canada years ago and watched a lot of CFL football. The year the RoughRiders won it seemed magical. Anyway I hope it survives.

Fun fact: the NFL team has crushed the CFL team every time playing CFL rules when teams have met in an exhibition game.

One notable exception: the Bills lost to a CFL team . They were AFL at the time though...
