I heard that Burress does not want to go to jail for any amount of time. Yet the prosecutor will not let him off with no jail time. Burress may take his chances in court and may end up with a three year sentence.

I just don't see how hes got any chance.


He clearly had the gun. It was clearly unregistered. he shot himself, so theres no way to get around any of this. If it goes to court, he gets convicted.

He also may be a football player for the New York Jets when he goes

to trial. A couple of football fans on the jury and Burress may walk away.
