"Longtime Patriots reporter Andy Hart is joining WEEI on a full-time basis.

On “Dale & Keefe” Friday, it was announced Hart will be our newest columnist at WEEI.com, opining on the Patriots and all Boston sports. He will also continue to appear regularly on the radio. Most recently, Hart has been a frequent third voice on D&K. His on-air relationship with WEEI dates back several years.

Another reason to avoid 'EEI. Andy Hart is about as untalented as they come with nothing insightful to offer. Over the years he has done little but learn how to become glib and provocative in typical Boston mediot style -- all "delivery," no substance.

He is kind of filling a void left by Tomase leaving ... nowhere to go but up for that.

There is good reason to hate Tomase. Hart is just an unlikable, irritating faker. If those are the best choices they should just leave the void a void.

I don't really read him or any of them top be honest.
The preseason gig is pretty much horrible (him and Fauria) ... IMO.

I think there's still online content though....I haven't subscribed to the print version since maybe 2003....

The preseason gig is pretty much horrible (him and Fauria) ... IMO.

I guess the time has passed when a journalist had to show genuine talent (acumen/insight/perceptiveness) to land a meaningful gig. Now it's all about showmanship and posturing. Gary Tanguay is the local poster child for that approach.

all they do is those stupid lists. everything is a list. I used to watch that channel all the time until they did that complete overhaul of their programming a year and a half ago.

On another note, you'd think that the sporting Gods that have smiled upon (most of) our teams would see fit to put an apple in Tomase's mouth, a spit up his azz and slowly roast him over an open pit of burning Felger. How does that douche still have a job in this town?
