He's all over the place. It's a preseason game but still. But given that his main criticism was that he was "freelancing" and the reason he was shipped out, he's out there executing his responsibilities it appears. Setting the edge in the run game, blitzing (had a sack and was off the ball like lightning), dropped into coverage, etc. A motivated Collins will be a beast in this defense.
