Hightower clearly should have been called for roughing the passer, so it's a wash.

technically he hit him in bounds, he held on and pulled him down way out.....it wasn't a bad no call


but on 2-3 of those runs and the tyrod floater, there was a whole lot of jersey and arm hooks on the edge.....if they call it both ways like that all day, fine.....but....

Yea it should have been roughing, but I would have been ok with the penalty there to basically send a message to the Bills.. you can dance and bounce around with your QB, and run around outside the pocket, but we're going to crush him.. the choice is yours

No it shouldn't have been. Hightower engaged Taylor in bounds and just held on to him out of bounds. He did nothing special to bring him down out of bounds. Good play.
