Game Day Thread OFFICIAL GAME THREAD: 2023 Week 8 - Patriots at Dolphins

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

If Mac gets the ball out early does Elliott bring it in for the TD there?

Stop and a td ties it

OMG. Smith-Schuster with a F'in catch, finally.

Ok it's still interesting

JJSS (chess)
Everyone else (checkers)

JSS with his first big play of the season! TD on the motion right!

I don't get it. Sometimes our offense looks competent.

Other times absolutely garbage

Not sure why they didn't run a Jet Sweep with Douglas on that.. No one on Miami is getting to the edge and catching him..

Laminate and stuff JUJU now. This is how I’d like to remember him.

Other times generally offer a clearer picture than sometimes.

Juju and Reagor outside with Douglas in the slot and Henry at TE can get it done…

When the line blocks and the play calls aren’t ass they can execute. They can’t handle breakdowns

The difference when this New England offense uses motion and when it doesn't is like Night and Day!

I'd put Brown out there over Reagor, honestly.

They also decided to finally play for the score rather than ultra conservative call

Dunno about anyone else but I think the hype train on the Phins early in the season should be cooled off by now. Not that impressed. A team like the Pats should have no business being within a score to that team and here we are.

They have a look of a one and done team imo.

Who's f'in bright idea is it to show the Overhead shot as the live action kick return.
