I mentioned in another thread that I saw a rumor that he wasn't being dressed so they could precipitate a trade

why? Borune was a "bust" last year as well than? no he was not its just BB and the Pats not being able to evaluate and coach up any WR to save their lifes, Let Meyers go, benched Bourne, got ****edupknee SmithSchuster and cant catch Parker so as vets they are allowed to be on the field regardless of them bringing 0 added value to offense, can't get any separation can't catch a perfect ball right in the hands, benched Pop for a fumble while he by far is the most dynamic WR and should play every single snap, its not only WR its the coaching, starts with BB but there is also this fake WR coach who hasn't coached up anyone since he got on the PTs staff

Sure we can blame the staff, but as many shortcomings that BB has had the past couple of years he always plays the best player. Thornton probably isn't playing as well as the corpse of JuJu and mediocre Parker which is a sign on how much Thornton is struggling

They dressed JJ Smith-Schuster and Parker. You know. The two guys everyone bashes for not having done s**t despite being the vets.

Yes, he's done a crappy job (which makes me sad since he's my favorite all time player), but TB80 hasn't coached anyone up? Meyers? Pop? I swear Pop was his only hand picked WR. Having to watch him defend Parker's lack of separation was just terrible because he had to grit his teeth and toe the company line.

Apparently they're real proud of their 50th Anniversary since they won a Super Bowl.

I am glad that if the Pats ever have a fifty year since the last time they won a Super Bowl sweatshirt that I will either be dead or so old that I don’t know what year it is and believe that the Pats won the Super Bowl the year before.

I don't know how they're going to keep those two happy for 10 more weeks if they're both in a reduced role. Just can't see that working well, and I don't hold out much hope either of them are suddenly going to find another gear.

I've said this a bunch, but I don't get why they don't try and use him like Tyreek Hill and get him open in space and just let him run with it. Not a fan of them trying to do the Bethel Johnson thing and keep heaving the ball downfield to him.
