I would think run and take a delay of game. After we punt Baltimore will have to go 80+ yards in about 1:05 and no timeouts in a storm. Will take those odds everytime
If it's 2nd and 2 you can run another play and get 1st and 10. It's basically getting a free play to run more time off the clock, highly doubt bmore stops us on 2nd and 3rd with less than 2.
It burns less time off to give them a free first down than it would if they ran a play and were able to gain a single yard. Baltimore conceded the first down there.
