Lol that was the most obvious, simplest explanation but somehow Steratore went with "they wanted to re-pump it back up but they didn't need to because it was pumped already, no pumps needed, or something, so they really should've called delay of game."

I actually think Steratore may have forgotten what the "reset the clock" motion meant and went with "uh that means 'pump it up' right?"

I missed that part after, just heard his initial "should have been delay of game comment" and just blindly agreeing 2-3 seconds.
