Somehow Matthew Judon with a sack in every game is omitted. One other point, the Patriots defense is going for takeaways every chance they get. The message was received that the Pats don't win if they lose the turnover battle.
first half thoughts
1. What a breakout by Jack Jones!
2. Packers are running on the Pats out of spread sets extremely easily. I know they have Aaron Rodgers but their receivers just aren’t good. They would have a lot more than 7 points if they just ran more.
3. Zappe has been pretty good considering he wasn’t taking starter reps in practice. His numbers would look even better if Agholor hadn’t dropped that open third down pass.
4. I better see a halftime adjustment on the wide pass rushes of Gary against Wynn. Bring a tight end to help, chip with an rb, widen your line splits, call plays out of the pistol instead of shotgun so the rusher runs by him. Can’t have our QB getting killed because Gary is around Wynn while Wynn is still in his stance.
12 years ago on SNF, Packers were in Foxboro and were leading at the half with Matt Flynn the backup starting. Halftime didn’t really focus on Flynn either though, because the Dan Connelly kickoff return just happened at the end of the half…..
I know Jack Jones is going to make mistakes as a rookie, but going forward, I think we have to start him opposite Mills on the outside and move Jon Jones to the slot....he just makes too many plays, plus it will get Bryant off the field.

While I agree : is AR even that great anymore ? Without penalties and without Adams…. What is he other than some weird cat with relationship issues and ugly hair ?
