Fully on Rowe. Total dumbass move. Weird rule, but they could've call UC on any number of guys for that scrum. You're dominating, don't scrap with people.
The penalty was stupid. All season long they have been calling it for pulling people off the pile. WTF was Rowe even in that mess to begin with is beyond me. He should have just stayed out of it, All of them should have. Let the other team take the penalty for being cheap shots. Just a dumb and completely unnecessary penalty.
Well I didn't even know about that rule. I am surprised that is how it works. I thought you'd get off setting calls or nothing. In that kind of situation everyone is in the wrong. Bad to penalize just 1 team when it was a team scrum.
I'm just a little confused by what Rowe was doing. It almost looked like he thought he play was still alive and was trying to hold the guy from getting up, like a tackle?
