Game Day Thread OFFICIAL 2023 Week 7 Game Thread - Patriots vs Bills

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Opening this up 90 minutes ahead of kickoff.

NE is a difficult watch. I hope to see things I like today and a majority of players show they want to compete.

So much for all those proclaiming Calvin Anderson would be the salvation of the OL.

???

I know that we have no NFL quality OT's other than Brown, but it would seem that we should at least make believe and suit up a backup OT. Steuber and/or McDermott should have been elevated.

What happens if Brown is out for a few plays. Is Sow really our LT?

No one said that, only that he could start or be our backup LT, IF HEALTHY. So, not our savior, but rather our only LT other than Brown.

I’d be way more optimistic about our chances with a very banged up Bills defense if we had an NFL quality OL. Hopefully at least the running game showing signs of life is the start of a trend.

Sounds it. McDermott hasn’t played in months, so I’m not surprised that he’s not active. Certainly not boding well for Steuber that he’s not being brought up with our issues at tackle.

I’d be fine with holding off on QB until money and picks bring in solid / very good OL play. Let’s have a SF : add to the D, find the pieces, set up a QB for success.

Reagor played 14 snaps but never saw a target last week. Curious to see if maybe that changes today.
Parker has two receptions in the opening drive and the fans go wild!
